Courtyard by Marriott Istanbul West

Bed was comfortable , but you can’t open the window for fresh air, that is not good . The room was clean . Hotel was clean , just need to find a way how to have more fresh air.

The Hotel is clean, the staff are nice and helpful. The security is exceptional. The breakfast was great.

The staff are friendly and welcoming especially (Melih & Barrish). Mr. Melih changed my room as the initial one was too hot even in December! The hotel is located in “Halkali” which is a quite neighborhood unlike the noisy Taksim. Their room service food is delicious especially the Veg Pizza! I also like the fact that taxis are always available outside.

This is the second time we’ve stayed, we really appreciate the staff and their hard work especially Ilyas in the restaurant and Havva in housekeeping. The hotel is spotless and spacious and comfortable and great value for money. It’s a good location for us as we like shopping in the local outlets

The staff were excellent. They all go above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible especially Tolga who provided world class customer service for me and my family. Location of hotel was really good as all activities were within a 20 minute drive.
